I remember the moment like it was yesterday. Riding in the old yellow van with my parents, I knelt between them and prayed the sinner’s prayer. Even though I knew at a young age that God was calling me into full-time ministry, I ran from it until the age of twenty. While in college, I attended a strong church and was under the preaching of a powerful man of God. Through his messages, the student ministry of that church, and God’s constant pursuit, I followed the call into full-time ministry. While serving at Bethesda Baptist Church in Texas, I was ordained to the gospel ministry. This was my commitment to share the good news of Jesus Christ in every facet of my life and ministry. Ministry Focus I am called to be a pastor of worship & missions, assisting a senior pastor in the body of Christ God has called me to serve. The primary focus of my ministry is to plan, model, and lead Christ-centered worship, so that the congregation is drawn closer to God, personally and corporately, and to equip and lead our congregation in reaching out in local and global missions. In addition I seek to create an environment where church members of all ages can develop and use their talents and gifts for the glory of God in worship and missions.
