Today Pastor Dan begins a new sermon series on Psalm 23. Why can the people of God say that “the Lord my Shepherd”? Why can we say that He is a good Shepherd? Because we have have been immersed in his saving grace through His sacrificial and priestly work. Like David we can truly say”… I shall not want.” Why? Because He intercedes, He bears our needs, and we can cast our cares on Him. He is our supply, our daily bread. We need not worry, but remember that the Lord God is the LORD God!
