I was born in Missouri and raised in Puerto Rico, Kentucky, and Mississippi. I was born again by God’s grace in Christ Jesus when I was 15 years old and I have been following Him ever since. During college I met and married Denita, and we have one daughter Taylor. We have been blessed to serve the Lord in churches, church plants, and as missionaries with the North American Mission Board (NAMB) and the International Mission Board (IMB). I believe the local church is God’s chosen instrument to carry out His mission for His glory. I am honored that the Lord allowed me to serve as pastor of Cropwell Baptist, as we seek to make disciple-making disciples for the glory of God, by the grace of Christ, and in the power of the Spirit.
So, along with the apostle Paul, I invite you to follow me as I follow Christ.
“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Gal. 2:20
